New Zealand recently announced that it will ban the sale of disposable electronic cigarettes and impose stricter fines on businesses selling electronic cigarettes to minors. According to reports, this policy will be fully implemented before the end of the year. The higher fine for selling electronic cigarettes or other regulated products to individuals under the age of 18 will increase from $10000 to $100000. Although a fine of $100000 needs to be tried in court to apply, non compliant retailers will immediately face financial penalties, ranging from $500 to $1000 for individuals and $2000 for businesses.

Recently, Poland plans to introduce a bill to address public health issues, which may undergo public consultation in the coming weeks.
